Property Week “40 under 40”
9th October saw the release of the Property Week magazine’s inaugural “Fearless 40 under 40” feature. Over the summer, the magazine set out to identify the emerging leaders from across the property industry including law, finance, agency, development, and investment.
Liz Hamson, Editor of Property Week, said of the list “Most who made the cut weren’t born great, nor have they had greatness thrust upon them; they have achieved it – before hitting 40. And look how diverse – dare I say, unexpectedly diverse – the list is. It makes me genuinely excited about the industry’s future.”
The Cambridge University Land Society (CULS) is pleased to report that four of the top 40 individuals are Cambridge University alumni;
- James Riddell, Managing Director, Lone Star Europe (MA, Law, 2000)
- Martha Grekos, Partner, London Head of Planning and Infrastructure at Irwin Mitchell LLP (LLM, 2001)
- Paul Clark, Director, Head of Development Consultancy and Agency, Capita Real Estate (MPhil, Land Economy, 2003)
- Richard Craddock, Director, Wells Fargo, (MPhil, Management, 2007)
Paul Clark and Martha Grekos are both members of CULS
