Part-Time Masters in Real Estate
The Real Estate Masters Programme is a part-time, 2 year Master of Studies (MSt) course, established in 2016 designed for those who want to continue in their careers whilst studying for a Cambridge masters degree. The course is aimed at experienced professionals and combines academic rigour with significant industry input with the aim of developing future leaders in the real estate industry.
The course is delivered through a combination of distance learning and attendance at residential sessions in Cambridge. It aims to equip participants with a broader knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry, insight into a range of long-term themes and strategic issues as well as developing a range of research and management skills.

An intensive ten-month taught programme combining elements of finance, economics and law for real estate professionals.

The MPhil in Real Estate Finance has been designed to provide rigorous training in the latest concepts from these three key areas as applied to international real estate markets.
