Dominic graduated from Gonville and Caius College with a degree in Land Economy in 1978. He trained and qualified as a chartered surveyor with Weatherall Green & Smith and subsequently practiced with both King & Company and Jones Lang Wootton. He jointly founded Kingfisher Property Finance in 1988, an intermediary advising clients on all aspects of finance for UK commercial property which he successfully ran until 2007. He rejoined King Sturge in 2007 which was then merged with JLL in 2011. He resigned from JLL in 2014 and currently holds two non-executive positions with Howard Property Group in Cambridge and with the Ashtenne Industrial Fund. He is a course leader on the IPF Advanced Education Programme and a volunteer in the UrbanPlan UK pilot visiting schools. He is also a consultant with Marick Capital.

Hannah is Development Manager at Berwick Hill Properties who are investor-developers working across all sectors in the south-east but with a focus on business space and residential conversions. Hannah graduated from New Hall in 2005 with a degree in Land Economy and qualified as a chartered surveyor working for Farebrother in the City of London. She made the move client-side in 2011 working in the central London offices team at F&C REIT Asset Management before moving to Berwick Hill in 2014. In her spare time she dabbles in golf, gets out on the bike with the MAMIL’s as much as possible and is a civilian volunteer, riding out for the Household Cavalry during the week.
David Mortimer - Committee Member

David is a Director and Head of Senior Debt at ICG-Longbow, a specialist investment manager focused on UK real estate debt. David graduated from Robinson College in 2001 with a degree in Land Economy, and subsequently qualified as a chartered surveyor at King Sturge (now part of Jones Lang LaSalle) before moving into property finance. Prior to joining ICG-Longbow in January 2016 he worked for several years in Santander’s real estate finance team, and before that at Bear Stearns and JP Morgan. David is a keen sports fan, and currently captains the CULS Golf Society where his enthusiasm for the game makes up for lack of natural talent.
Huw Stevenson - Committee Member

Huw started his career advising on retail property in 1980, initially in the high street sector and then specialising in the out of town retail sector from 1987. He is a former Chairman of Accessible Retail and is on the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators.
He now advises a small number of property clients in the resolution of difficult or complex negotiations.
Gordon Wood - Committee Member

With over 30 years of experience in commercial property, Gordon provides clear, logical and balanced advice to clients.
Commencing his career at the retail specialist Clive Lewis and Partners, Gordon carried out agency, professional and investment work, eventually specialising in business parks and industrial units, advising Land Securities on retail warehousing and their expansion into warehouse premises.
At Colliers Erdman Lewis, he created an in-house fund department acting for the pension funds of WH Smith, Michelin, Kingfisher and LWT.
In 1995 Gordon moved to Catella Property Consultants, a pan-European property consultancy, where he act on behalf of clients including the IKEA Group. He took over as Managing Director in 1998.
Establishing Dexter Wood and Partners in 2003, Gordon continues to offer a personal service of the highest level to his clients. He is a Registered Valuation Surveyor.
Gordon represented England under 23's and the Barbarians at rugby and ran for Great Britain Juniors at athletics. Although no longer active in these sports, Gordon is involved with events such as the National Surveyors Sevens, where he was Chairman for 20 years.
