
Charlie Stoneham

Charlie Stoneham, is an Associate Director working in Savills Central London & International investment team. He specialises in advising a range of international and domestic clients on investment strategy and transaction execution for both acquisition and disposal mandates. Charlie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors, having completed the Savills graduate scheme, working in departments including Valuations, Property Management, Retail Leasing and Cross Border Investment (from Hong Kong).
Charlie is the Co-Chair of the Silver Street Group, and is a mentor on the WCCS Pathways to Property scheme.
Charlie graduated from St Catharine’s College, University of Cambridge in 2016 with an undergraduate degree in Land Economy.

James Webb
Co- Chair
James Webb is a Senior Vice President at Eastdil Secured. James joined Eastdil Secured in September 2014. Having previously worked on a number of transactions and financings across Europe and asset classes, James now specialises in property sales, joint venture recapitalisations, development funding and structured financing transactions in the UK. Over the past eight years, James has worked on a number of high-profile trades in London including The Leadenhall Building, 20 Fenchurch Street and White City Place.
James is the Co-Chair of the Silver Street Group.
James holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics and a masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, class of 2014.

Andreas Chen

Associate Partner, Revcap.
Andreas joined Revcap in 2014 and is a member of the UK Team. He is involved in origination and asset management across the UK and German business.
Andreas joined Revcap after completing his undergraduate degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge. Andreas was Land Economy Society Co-President during 2013-2014.
Andreas is fluent in German and Chinese (Mandarin).

Francisca Hamilton

Francisca Hamilton is an Investment Analyst at Fabrix, supporting the investment and development teams with analysis and delivery of projects across a variety of strategies and sectors. Francisca joined Fabrix following positions at Vastint Group in Amsterdam, BIG -Bjarke Ingels Group in Copenhagen and Chipperfield in London.
Francisca graduated from Churchill College, University of Cambridge in 2017 with an undergraduate degree in Architecture and completed an MSc in Architecture at TU Delft in the Netherlands in 2021.

Tara Davy

Tara Davy is a Vice President at Eastdil Secured. Tara joined Eastdil Secured in September 2019 and has since covered a wide variety of pan-European, multi-sector transactions. Tara now focuses on Hotel and Hospitality capital markets, involved in equity sales and structured financing transactions in the UK and in Europe. Tara is a representative of WIRE, Women In Real Estate, and is a mentor for SEO London’s Step into Real Estate programme.
Tara graduated from Homerton College, University of Cambridge in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Land Economy.

Thorben Schaefer

Thorben Schaefer is a Director in the investment team and shareholder of Clarion Partners Europe. Clarion Partners Europe is a real estate private equity firm, ultimately owned by Franklin Templeton. Thorben is responsible for the origination, financing, and execution of real estate acquisitions and developments across Continental Europe and has been involved in a wide range of investments across Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Thorben was the president of the Land Economy Society and on the board of the Finance and Investment Society during his time at Cambridge University, where he graduated with First Class Honours in the Land Economy programme. Thorben is fluent in German.

Lea Milanini

Lea Milanini is an undergraduate student in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge (Christ’s College).
With her multicultural profile (she has lived in France, Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom), she loves travelling and building upon her linguistic knowledge (she already speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish). Throughout high school, in addition to successfully following the American curriculum, she earned the highest honours on the French Baccalaureate she self-enrolled for.
Actively committed to her community, she is involved in real estate, finance, climate and charity associations. In the summer 2022, she even organised a humanitarian trip to Brazil! As a violin player, singer and actress, Lea was able to bring a lot to her volunteering project.
After participating in a flagship company tour series in London in October 2023, she is looking forward to her internship in property and her role of assistant to the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees in the summer 2024.

Toby is a second year Land Economy student at Homerton College. Outside of academia, he is interested in entrepreneurship. he is also a big football fan.
