The Residential Property Forum is a leading living sector community connecting high-potential students, professionals and senior leaders across housing investment, development and policy.
Established to broaden horizons, deepen sector knowledge and build meaningful networks, we host three events per year. Recent speakers include:

Events span capital markets, planning and policy reform, operational excellence, innovation and net zero in housing, delivered through panels, webinars and site visits and supported by organisations including CBRE, Savills and Octopus Energy.
The Forum has achieved diverse speaker representation and introduced inclusive ticketing, including discounted places for under-35s, public sector professionals and over-60s, alongside sponsorship for those facing cost barriers.
Land Economy students are strongly encouraged to attend, with subsidised and free places provided wherever possible.
