Noel is Co-Founder and a former Principal of the pan European real estate fund manager, Europa Capital LLP. He was a member of its Investment Committee from 1998 with overall responsibility for acquisitions by the Europa Funds in Northern, Southern and South Eastern Europe and for asset management of the investments acquired, until 2016.
From 1981 to 1998 Noel was at Richard Ellis, (now CBRE) as a Partner from 1986, and latterly as a shareholding Director of one of its principal subsidiaries which provided venture capital for real estate transactions and created and managed property funds.
During 1993-2000 he was a non-executive Director of a Bank of England subsidiary managing a distressed real estate loan portfolio which comprised over 250 assets.
Noel attended Pembroke College (1977-1981); is an alumnus of the London Business School, a former member of the Board of INREV and current Chairman of the INREV Fund Managers Council; a member of Strategy Board of The Investment Property Forum and a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He also volunteers as an advisor to The Diocese of London on property matters; as a Trustee of the Henry Smith Charity; as a Liveryman of The Company of Chartered Surveyors; as a committee member of the Cambridge University Land Society (Chairing its Finance Forum) and the Cambridge Land Economy Advisory Board (CLEAB) and is a Trustee of a number of other charities.

Jenny is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. She has had a varied career that has included portfolio management, property banking and property fund of funds.
Between 2001 and 2010 Jenny was responsible for Schroder’s’ property fund of funds business. Over this time, she grew funds under management from £150 million to £1.8 billion, and the business developed from UK centric one to a global one. She joined Tesco in October 2011 and has responsibility for the property and alternative portfolios of the company’s pension fund. Jenny is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Cambridge University Land Society and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). She sits on a number of committees including the Association of Real Estate Fund’s Investor Committee and IPD’s Global Property Indices Group. She also sits on the Grants Committee for the charity, Landaid.
Senior Managing Director, Loan Star Europe Acquisitions, LLP
Angus Dodd is Senior Managing Director, Co-Head European Real Estate Investments, Lone Star Europe Acquisitions LLP, an affiliate of the General Partner of Lone Star Funds. Angus Dodd joined Lone Star in March 2009. Prior to joining Lone Star, he served as Managing Director at JER Partners for 5 years. He previously worked at Parkes & Company and Invesco Real Estate (which acquired Parkes & Company in 2001), BZW and Jones Lang Wootton. Angus has an MA in Land Economy from Queens’ College, Cambridge.

Teresa is Director of M7, a leading pan European multi-let real estate manager. Teresa has over 21 years of real estate experience and at M7 is a member of the investment management team with responsibility for the European platform. Prior to M7, Teresa had roles with GPT Halverton, INVESCO Real Estate (formerly Parkes & Co), PwC and Chesterton.

Omega Poole is a Partner in the Real Estate Special Situations Team in London and senior member of the European debt advisory practice. She also oversees the operations for the Special Situations Team.
Omega's practice has a particular focus working with family offices, private equity funds and property companies which invest in or finance real estate transactions, both single asset and portfolio deals. Leveraging her corporate finance and legal skills and experience, she provides a range of services from originating new off market opportunities, to securing and structuring senior and mezzanine financing, introducing co-partners, negotiating and financing debt buy backs and once the deal is structured managing the transaction and legal documentation process to successful closing.
Immediately prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Omega was a director in the Corporate Finance team at CBRE in London. She holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a Natural Science BA (First Class Honors) from Trinity College Cambridge. She is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.

James Jacobs is a Managing Director, Head of Real Estate, within the Private Fund Advisory Group at Lazard & Co., Limited. He focuses on advising real estate General Partners, Fund Managers and Investment Professionals on structuring and raising capital to fund their investment activities. Since joining Lazard, James has been involved in aggregating in excess of $10bn of equity on a primary basis for real estate funds as well as having advised on over $1bn of secondary LP transfers. Prior to joining Lazard & Co., Limited in 2007, James spent over 5 years at DTZ Corporate Finance, a real estate investment banking team, where he was a Director specialising in fund raising for private real estate vehicles. Between 1999 and 2002, James was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London. James graduated Cambridge University with an M.A. in Economics.
