Sr. Edmond Yew - Forum Chair
Sr. Edmond Yew, MSc MSGF(Stern), LLM, FHKIS, MRICS, MCIarb, Senior Vice president of Lai Fung Holdings Ltd., is responsible for real estate development business in Greater China.
Sr. Yew graduated with a Master of Science degree in Global Finance in Stern Business School of NYU, Master of Science degree in Construction Management in South Bank University, London and Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) in Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Sr. Yew is qualified as a professional associate of various institutions including The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He was the Chairman of Planning and Development Division of HKIS in 2017-19, the Board Member of Surveyor Registration Board. Sr Yew is also a Member of Whitehall Group of Land Society of University of Cambridge and the Vice President of CRECCHK.
Sr Yew has more than 30 years’ professional project investment and development experience in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.
James Lai

James is a Director at Public Investment Fund Projects and with speciality in Urban Planning, Masterplanning and Architecture.
He is a LEED Certified architect and has been involved in designing large-scale mixed-use projects in Europe, Middle East and Asia. James sits on the RIBA Membership Eligibility Assessment Panel, RIBA International Validation Board and RIBA Award Judging Panel.
James is the Immediate Past Chair of Urban Land Institute UK NEXT Group in UK and past member of the ULI Executive Committee. He is also acting as a member of the Wandsworth Council Design review panel and a frequent Guest critics at various Universities in the UK.
Winnie Che
Vice Chair
Winnie Che MRICS is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Swire Properties with a focus on commercial properties in Hong Kong. Apart from her core asset management role, Winnie also leads ESG, digitalization and place-making initiatives for the portfolio.
Prior to this, she was with Phoenix Property Investors as their Senior Asset Management Manager. She also previously served in the Investment Property team of MTR Corporation with solid experiences in driving their signature “railway plus property” developments atop strategic railway stations in Hong Kong.
Winnie graduated from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge in 2022 with an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the Department of Land Economy.
Vivian Leung

Vivian is a Chartered Commercial Properties Surveyor with over 13 years of real estate work experience. As the Client Consultant at MSCI, she promotes APAC real estate market data solutions, performance analytics and climate reporting for real estate investment portfolios.
Prior to MSCI, Vivian’s past work experience included research, valuation & advisory and corporate & investment banking for real estate clients in APAC. She spent nearly three years working on the grounds in Mainland China including an internship with the United Nations Development Programme in Beijing.
Vivian is currently part of the MSCI Asian Support Network APAC committee, past Co-Chair for the MSCI Hong Kong Chapter Women’s Leadership Forum and graduated from the 5th Young Leadership Programme organized by Hong Kong Federation of Women in 2018. She holds a Masters degree from Newnham College, University of Cambridge, UK.
Ting Zhang

Ting Zhang is an associate director of investment at Icecube Investment Management. He leads new infrastructure and real estate investment deals focused on logistics warehouses, temperature-controlled supply chain, and biomedical industrial parks. Ting previously worked as an investment manager at Blackstone’s logistics investment platform in China.
Ting holds an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, in which he served as Chair of MBA Real Estate Club. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and an associate member of Urban Land Institute.
Andrew Huang

Andrew is an Analyst in the Capital Markets team at Gaw Capital. Prior to joining Gaw, Andrew gained experience in different life cycles of the real estate industry across geographical locations. He worked with two Blackstone portfolio companies, Revantage and Sage Housing, in London, focused on asset management and ESG initiatives. Andrew also worked with OCT Group, an SOE in Shenzhen, China, under its investments team.
Andrew graduated from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, in 2022 with a BA in Land Economy. His final-year dissertation, titled "A Field Experiment of Gender and Racial Discrimination in the UK Rental Housing Market, " was awarded EMDF Best Dissertation Prize and CUQM Best Quantitative Dissertation Prize.
Doris Mok

Doris is an Associate at the real estate investment team at TPG Angelo Gordon. Prior to joining TPG Angelo Gordon in 2021, she worked as a Capital Markets Analyst at Gaw Capital.
Doris received a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge with a First Class Honours with Distinction. She was awarded the Mike Turner Prize for best performance in the Real Estate Finance paper, the Anne Jemima Clough Prize and the McCroben Scholarship. Her degree dissertation selected by the Land Economy Department to be published in the International Real Estate Review.
Anthony Wong

Anthony Wong MRICS is a chartered real estate surveyor based in Hong Kong. His expertise encompasses research, valuation, and property development, with additional experience gained through extensive international work across the United Kingdom, the United States, and Greater China.
He is an active member of property-focused organizations such as the RICS Membership Engagement Committee, and ULI Young Leaders Group and a co-founder of a not-for-profit property technology enthusiasts’ group (Proptech Institute) in Hong Kong and South China. He graduated from the Darwin College University of Cambridge UK with an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the Department of Land Economy.
