Developer Quintain, invites you to Wembley Park, their 85 acre mixed-use development in north west London. Wembley Park will be the largest build-to-rent development on a single site in the UK, all to be managed by Tipi, Quintain’s rental management brand.
The evening will start with presentations from Angus Dodd, Chief Executive, Quintain; Cath Webster, Executive Director of Investment, Quintain and Madeleine McDougall, Head of Commercial Real Estate, Lloyds Banking Group. The discussion will centre around Build-to-Rent within a mixed-use development and how this can be funded.
After this there will be tours of the backstage area of Wembley Arena, a brief site tour of Wembley Park and a look at the operating rental homes under Tipi’s management. The evening will conclude with a drinks reception.

Wembley Park is extremely well connected with three stations, three tube lines, Overground and two National Rail lines.
And with excellent road links to the M1, M40 and M25 the site is perfectly located for every major transport hub.
3,000 car parking spaces in five car parks make it easy to park close to where you need to be at Wembley Park.
