Venue: | Argent LLP |
‘King’s Cross is a microcosm of the best of London – rich in colour and history, culturally diverse and enterprising. This 67-acre development is well on the way to becoming London’s next great estate, offering a managed environment that is safe and secure around the clock for businesses, residents and visitors. An environment that is always inclusive, never exclusive.’ (Argent overview).
In terms of commercial occupiers, King’s Cross is home to Google, Universal Music, Havas, XTX, DXC, PRS for music to name but a few. In 2018 Facebook committed to over 600,000 sq ft, the largest occupational leasing deal in central London in the last decade.
It has been a few years since CULS last visited Kings Cross, and Argent have kindly agreed to give members a presentation to see how it has developed in that time.
A presentation will be given by Helen Causer, Senior Projects Director (Asset Management), with other members of the team in attendance.
Helen Causer is responsible for the office asset management at King’s Cross. She has been heavily involved in the successful lettings across the Estate including deals with Facebook, Universal Music and Havas. Alongside lettings, Helen focuses on building strong working relationships with her occupiers, striving to go above and beyond the traditional landlord and tenant relationship. A hands on approach to asset management is fundamental to this.
Helen is a member of the RICS, holds a MA in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science from the University of Bristol.
Drinks will follow the presentation.
