We are delighted to be joined by these panelists who will be discussing their views on the market from a real estate financing perspective, the evolution of their careers and the one key thing they have learnt over the years that they wish they had known earlier in their careers.

Omega Poole
Omega Poole is a Partner in the Real Estate Special Situations Team in London and senior member of the European debt advisory practice. She also oversees the operations for the Special Situations Team.
Omega’s practice has a particular focus working with family offices, private equity funds and property companies which invest in or finance real estate transactions, both single asset and portfolio deals. Leveraging her corporate finance and legal skills and experience, she provides a range of services from originating new off market opportunities, to securing and structuring senior and mezzanine financing, introducing co-partners, negotiating and financing debt buy backs and once the deal is structured managing the transaction and legal documentation process to successful closing.
Immediately prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Omega was a director in the Corporate Finance team at CBRE in London. She holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a Natural Science BA (First Class Honors) from Trinity College Cambridge. She is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.

James Riddell
James is a Managing Director for the Lone Star real estate funds having joined in 2009. He has broadinvestment focus looking at the UK, Irish and Scandinavian markets for loan portfolios, direct investments and developments. Prior to joining Lone Star James worked in the Morgan Stanley UK real estate investment banking team and began his career as a corporate lawyer with Herbert Smith. James has a MA in Law from St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge University. James read Law at St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge (1997 – 2000).

Anna Lewis
Anna is a Director of Edge House, a firm she founded to pursue entrepreneurial real estate opportunities in the UK. Acting as a principal or in joint venture with specialist partners, Anna focuses on strategies such as planning enhancement, regeneration and asset repositioning. Previously Anna was an Associate Partner at Revcap, a private equity real estate fund. Prior to that Anna was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in the macro equities team. Anna has an MA in Economics and Management from Jesus College, Cambridge University.
Phil Moore
Philip Moore is an Executive Director at Highbridge Principal Strategies. Prior to joining HPS in 2014, Mr. Moore was a Principal at DRC capital, a $1 billion real estate debt focused asset manager, where he focused on investing in commercial real estate debt transactions across Europe. Prior to joining DRC, Mr Moore held positions with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Duet Asset Management. Mr. Moore holds a Masters in Management from HEC Paris and a MA in Mathematics from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University.
