Steve had great experience of the property market worldwide as Head of Global Research at Knight Frank, Director of Property Strategy & Research at Henderson and senior MD at US Company Grubb & Ellis responsible for international advisory and transaction in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He set up his own consulting business in 2009, and in 2010 joined Roger Bell of SEGRO to form the Bell-Mallen Partnership.

Michael Brodtman, Head of Valuation, CBRE
Michael is a member of the UK Executive Board of CBRE, and a Non-Executive Director of IPD. He also sits on the Policy Committee of the British Property Federation, and is a member or the RICS Global Valuation.
Phil Clark, Head of Property Investment, Kames Capital
Phil joined Kames Capital in 2007 to establish its property fund management business, alongside Kames existing fixed income, equities and multi-asset capabilities. He leads the award winning Property Investment team and has overall responsibility for strategy, business and investment management. Phil is a member of Kames investment committee and chairs its Property sub-investment Committees. He is a past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, a former Visiting Lecturer on the Masters Real Estate Programmes at City University, a current member of the Bank of England Commercial Property Forum and current Co-chair of the Property Industry Alliance Debt Group, which represents the UK real estate industry on UK real estate debt matters. Phil is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, an FCA Authorised Person and has a Bsc from Surrey University and an MA from City University, Cass Business School. Phil is also a Trustee of London University, where he chairs the University Estates Group and sits on its Investment Committee.
Robert Peto, Chairman, DTZ Investment Management.
Robert Peto is Chairman of DTZ Investment Management Ltd – part of DTZ Investors which he founded in 1993 and now has over £7 billion of assets under management. He chairs a number of Investment Committees for property funds managed by DTZI and is a Non-Executive Director with Lend Lease Europe GP Limited (Retail Fund), Western Heritable Investment Company Ltd, Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust and Bath & West Enterprises Ltd. He is also Non Exec Chairman of GCP Student Living Plc which floated on the Stock Exchange in May 2013 as the first student living REIT. He is Surveyor to the Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers and was Global President of RICS in 2010-2011, a member of the Bank of England Property Advisory Group from 2007 to 2011 and chairman of DTZ UK from 1998 to 2008.
