Steve had great experience of the property market worldwide as Head of Global Research at Knight Frank, Director of Property Strategy & Research at Henderson and senior MD at US Company Grubb & Ellis responsible for international advisory and transaction in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He set up his own consulting business in 2009, and in 2010 joined Roger Bell of SEGRO to form the Bell-Mallen Partnership.

Michael is a member of the UK Executive Board of CBRE and a Non-Executive Director of IPD. He also sits on the Policy Committee of the British Property Federation, and is a member or the RICS Global Valuation.
Robert Peto, Chairman of DTZ Investment Management.
Robert Peto is Chairman of DTZ Investment Management Ltd. He founded the real estate arm of DTZ in 1992. This has over £4 billion of assets under management. He chairs a number of Investment Committees for property funds and is a Non-Executive Director with Lend Lease Europe GP Limited (Retail Fund), Western Heritable Investment Company Ltd. and Bath & West Enterprises Ltd. He is also Non Exec Chairman of GCP Student Living Plc which floated on the Stock Exchange in May 2013 as the first student living REIT. He is also a member of the Property Industry Alliance Debt Group and Surveyor to the Worshipful Company of Armours and Brasiers. He was Global President of RICS in 2010-2011, a member of the Bank of England Property Advisory Group from 2007 to 2011 and chairman of DTZ UK from 1998 to 2008.
Mike Bryant, Head of Asset Management G E Capital Real Estate.
Mike holds MA from Cambridge University and joined GE Capital Real Estate in 2003. In 2009 he assumed his current role as Head of Asset Management GE Real Estate Europe, managing a $12BN mix of equity and debt assets. He is responsible for setting strategy, leading a large team located throughout Europe. Since April 2013 Mike has also led the day to day management of the GE Capital Real Estate operations is Spain and Italy. Before joining GE Real Estate, Mike spent over 10 year at a number of financial institutions, including HVB Real Estate Capital. He is a qualified chartered surveyor, having started his career at Healey and Baker.
