Just a Surveyor….Peter Pereira-Gray, (until recently CEO and Managing Partner of the Wellcome Trust’s Investment Team) will be in conversation with Noel Manns, former Principal, Europa Capital and now Chair of The Pollen Estate, amongst other roles.

Peter Pereira-Gray
Peter Pereira-Gray joined the Wellcome Trust in 2001 as head of property investment and later held senior leadership roles. He became managing partner in 2016 and chief executive of the investment division the following year
Under his leadership, the trust’s assets grew almost tripled to £38.2bn as of September 2021. Annualised investment returns have stood at over 10% over the last 20 years.
The trust, which is one of the UK’s largest charitable donors, pledged to give £1.2bn to causes in 2023, up from the £274m it gave in 2001.
Noel Manns
Noel Manns FRICS, a Principal & co-founder of pan-European fund manager Europa Capital LLP until 2017, currently serves as Chairman of the Pollen Estate; a Trustee of Clinton Devon Estates and Deputy Chairman of The Henry Smith Charity. He is a former Board member of INREV and the Investment Property Forum. He also volunteers as an adviser to the Diocese of London and other charities. He studied at Pembroke College Cambridge and at the London Business School.
