Moderator: Jenny Buck, Head of Property, Tesco Pensions
Jenny has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. Between 2001 and 2010 she was responsible for Schroders’ property fund of funds. She is a member of the UK’s National Association of Pension Funds Property Committee and a member of IPD’s Global Property Indices Group. She was ranked as one of the Top 100 Women in Finance by the Financial Times in 2008 and one of the Top 100 Women in Property by Property Week in April 2012. She was President of the Cambridge University Land Society in 2010/11.

James focuses on advising real estate General Partners, Fund Managers and Investment Professionals on structuring and raising capital to fund their investment activities. .
James graduated Cambridge University with an M.A. in Economics.
Jamie Younger, Director, GE Capital
Currently a Director at GE Capital responsible for UK senior debt origination. Previous roles relating to real estate debt at Oaktree (UK), the Asset Protection Agency (Global) and Lehman Brothers (UK and Europe).
Jamies has a Degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
Alison Puhar, Director, UK Real Estate, Fidelity Worldwide Investment
Alison joined Fidelity Worldwide Investment as Director of UK Real Estate in 2007 with responsibility for leading the development of Fidelity’s UK real estate capability. She has been the Fund Manager for their flagship fund, the Fidelity UK Real Estate Fund, since its inception in 2008 and is member of Fidelity Real Estate’s senior management team. She has 20 years experience in real estate and joined Fidelity from Cordea Savills where she was Head of UK Institutional Pooled Funds
Alison has an MA in Economics and Land Economy from Cambridge University, an MBA from The Open University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Lloyd Davies, Partner, Head of West End Transactions, Gerald Eve LLP
Lloyd graduated in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge in 1993, having previously completed a Town Planning degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff. He became a qualified member of the RICS having trained at Chesterton, before spending 9 years with DTZ. His current role is focussed in central London investment and leasing transactions. He has advised on over £1.5b of investment transaction plus 1m sq ft of office lettings, acquisitions and sale-and-leasebacks.
