Alfred Place is GPE’s newly-completed workplace, which has been developed to align with the principles of GPE’s Flex business initiative. This strategy aims to provide customers with spaces which are fitted out and fully serviced, meaning the customer can get on with their business from the moment they sign a lease, has one cheque to write for all of their outgoings. The building has been designed with a focus on wellness, sustainability, and a superior customer experience, promoting both productivity and relaxation. Among its standout features are a stunning ground-floor lounge and a newly refurbished roof terrace that provide ample opportunities for collaboration and rejuvenation. The workspaces range from 700 to 5,400 sq. ft (a range of 10 to 80 desks), and are all enhanced by exclusive on-floor amenities.
This project represents an exciting development for GPE (Great Portland Estates), which is fully committed to the micro-location, where it has recently acquired the property across the other side of Alfred Place, namely The Courtyard Building; and the adjacent building, Whittington House. These acquisitions have created a unique opportunity for GPE to develop a campus for both Fully Managed and HQ customers that will attract top business talent to one of the most desirable locations in central London. This forward-looking development promises to be a hub for innovation and collaboration in a prime location.
