Dr Robin Goodchild
Robin is a past president of both CULS and SPR (Society of Property Researchers), and a chartered surveyor with over 50 years real estate experience in the UK, continental Europe and Asia Pacific. He recently retired after a 20 year career at LaSalle Investment Management as a senior director in its Global Research & Strategy team responsible for Europe. He first started managing institutional investment portfolios in 1985. During his long career, he has published on a variety of topics ranging from ‘Development and the Landowner’ (1985), Valuing Over-Rented Properties (1992) and ‘The Nature of Property Cycles’ (2017). He was awarded a PhD by Cambridge in 1979 and an MA in 1975, while a member of Magdalene College.

Richard Heath, Head of Private Groups, Real Estate and Housing, Lloyds Bank
Richard joined the Bank in 1991 and built-up experience in the Retail and Commercial Banking areas before joining Acquisition Finance in 1998. After a successful period establishing the franchise offering, in 2001 he moved across to our Global Corporate’s New York office where he looked after a broad cross section of clients. He returned to London in 2005 and took on responsibility for House Building and Construction, before moving into our Commercial Real Estate division in 2009 to head up the Listed Property team and subsequently the national Private Groups team, which he has led since 2016, covering Scotland, 6 Regional offices including London. Primary offerings remain Senior debt, Investment, Development and ancillary banking services. BSc Economics, ACIB, CISI qualified.
Nick Knight – Executive Director, CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services
Nick is Head of the UK Valuation and Advisory department in UK & Ireland and is responsible for the day to day running of a team of over 350 valuation professionals. He has over 25 years of experience in valuation . Nick has extensive experience providing advice on all UK sectors to a very broad range of clients in the UK REIT sector, UK Fund Managers, Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth and lenders into the UK market.
Nick sits on the UK Executive and Strategy Boards and is a member of the of the RICS Secured Lending Committee and the Cross Industry Commercial Valuation Forum, helping to drive standards across the industry.
Dominic Williamson, Senior Vice President, Real Estate, U.K. & Ireland, Brookfield
Dominic Williamson is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for all acquisitions of real estate assets, platforms and businesses in the UK and Ireland. Mr. Williamson joined Brookfield in 2017, initially focused on office investments across the UK and Continental Europe before broadening his responsibility to include all real estate sectors within the UK. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Williamson was an investment manager at Gingko Tree Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of the China State Administration of Foreign Exchange, responsible for acquisition and asset management of real estate throughout Europe. Mr. Williamson is a qualified lawyer and former investment banker, most recently at Morgan Stanley in their European Real Estate Investment Banking team. Mr. Williamson holds a B.Sc in Economics from Nottingham University and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School.
