Drinks will be from 7pm followed by a three course dinner at 7.30pm. The dress code is black tie.
After dinner we will hold an informal and light-hearted debate on the motion that
“This House believes that Artificial Intelligence should handle Real Estate negotiations, while humans make the coffee”
Natan Lempert and John Stephen and will debate for and against the motion.
Natan Lempert is the Co-Founder & CEO of Built AI, an AI-powered platform that helps RE investors make the best data-driven investment decisions. Before founding Built AI, Natan led the acquisition team at an investment manager backed by capital from Asia where he was responsible for acquiring over €2.5bn worth of real estate. Prior to this he worked for Benson Elliot and Citigroup. Natan is a native Spanish speaker and holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University, Massachusetts.
After a lengthy career with JLL, John Stephen retired as chairman of JLL’s English business in 2009. He has since been a non-executive director and trustee of a range of public and private companies and charities and a member of the Prince’s Council for 9 years. John continues to hold positions with five family offices including The Portman Estate, Ashby Capital and senior living specialists, Elysian Residences. He holds a BSc in Estate Management from the College of Estate Management before it moved to Reading University.
