CULS AGM and Annual Dinner 2013 – Peterhouse, Thursday 18th July 2013
This year’s Annual Dinner will be held at Peterhouse on Thursday 18th July. As most of you will know, Peterhouse is the oldest and still the smallest college in the University, with a deserved reputation for fine dining. Our AGM will be held prior, just around the corner in the Seminar Rooms on Laundress Lane (no. 12 on the map below), next to the Anchor pub and by the Department of Land Economy (11).
The charge will be £75 incl. VAT per head for the Dinner and as usual spouses, partners and guests are most welcome, but space is limited to just 100 places, many of which have already gone. I very much hope you will attend the AGM and the Dinner, and enclose a booking form for you to complete and return to Ali Young with your payment, or book and pay via the website, www.culandsoc.com.
We have a talk on/tour of the North West Cambridge site prior, which is free to those attending the Dinner, with an hour or so between to change. The programme will be as follows:
3.00-5.15pm North West Cambridge site talk/tour, Hauser Forum, 3 Charles Babbage Rd.
6.15pm AGM in the Seminar Rooms, 1 Laundress Lane, Cambridge CB3 9EP
7.15pm Pre-dinner Drinks in Peterhouse Senior Combination Room and Fellows Garden
8.00pm Dinner in Peterhouse Hall
Papers for the AGM will be sent out with your booking confirmation; dress will be black tie.
With best regards,
