Sarah Winckless is one of Cambridge’s finest female athletes. A three-time Olympian, Sarah won a bronze medal in the double sculls in the 2004 Athens Games, followed by back-to-back gold medals in the world rowing championships in 2005 and 2006. She served as the inaugural Chair of the British Olympic Association’s Athletes Commission, and Chef de Mission for Team England during the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Sarah was the Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year in 2013, and was awarded an MBE in 2015 for Services to Sport and Young People.

Jim Garman is Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Real Estate, Goldman Sachs. He joined the firm in 1992 and became a Partner in 2006. He is a member of the firm’s Global Real Estate Investment Committee. Goldman Sachs is a full service global investment bank. Through its Merchant Banking Division the firm is a leading global investor and manager in private equity, real estate and infrastructure.
