British Land Tour of Broadgate

Broadgate is a 32-acre neighbourhood that bridges the City of London financial hub and the creative, tech-focused communities of Shoreditch and Old Street. It is the largest pedestrianised neighbourhood in central London. Together with their partners, GIC, British Land is investing £1.5 billion to transform the area over 10 years.

The campus hosts many of the world’s leading financial, legal, technology and media companies, alongside some of London’s best food, drink, retail and entertainment. Four public squares provide an area of outside space which is unique in the City, providing the 30,000 people who work here and the 19 million who visit annually, with attractive places to relax and be entertained. This includes Exchange Square, a new 1.5-acre green space in the heart of the city.

The result is a diverse, vibrant community and a world-class, mixed-use destination for London.

Itinerary:

• 17.00 – arrival at British Land 3 Broadgate, London, EC2M 2QS
• 17.30 – Gareth Roberts, Head of  Development – Broadgate, will give a presentation on Broadgate to the attendees followed by a visit, in groups, to an office floor within the development.
• 18.15 – Guests will walk up through Bishopsgate to visit Exchange House,  and have drinks on the roof terrace there.
• 20.00/20.30  – approx. finish.
