Cambridge University Land Society in partnership with Irwin Mitchell and Knight Frank is delighted to invite you to this expert panel debate which will discuss the future outlook for UK food and farming throughout the 2020s.

Paul Christian, Managing Director at Sentry Limited
Paul Christian leads Sentry Limited, one of the largest farming companies in the UK providing Farm and Estate Management, Accountancy, Land Agency & Advice with over 16,000 hectares under cultivation throughout the country.
Ian Wright, Chief Executive Officer at Food and Drink Federation
Ian Wright has spent more than two decades in senior management positions with two of the UK’s most important businesses; Diageo and Boots The Chemists. For 14 years he was corporate relations director of Diageo. He was a member of the executive committee and responsible for representing the company to governments, NGOs and the media around the world. He has also worked for other food businesses including Pillsbury, Burger King and Mars Confectionery. His career also includes spells in consultancy and politics.
James Pavey, Partner and Head of Rural Business & Estates at Irwin Mitchell
James Pavey specialises in resolving and avoiding public and private property disputes. He acts for landed estates, trustees and institutional landowners, and private homeowners. He is recognised as an expert in his field by Chambers and the Legal 500. He is a member of the CLA’s Legal, Parliamentary and Property Rights Committee and a past Chairman of Cambridge University Land Society’s Rural Forum.
