The AGM will preceed the dinner from 4 pm until 5 pm, and will be held in the Bateman Room, Old Courts, Gonville and Caius College.
Drinks are from 6.45 pm on the old Court Lawn, weather permitting and supper takes place at 7.30 pm in the Fellows Dining Room. The dress code is black tie.
For those of you wishing to spend the afternoon in Cambridge before the AGM and Dinner, the Fitzwilliam Museum have kindly organised a behind the scenes visit.
14.00 – Arrival to the Fitzwilliam Museum Founder’s Entrance (through the portico), Trumpington Street. Group to be met by Rachel Sinfield, Head of Communications and Engagement, who will give the group a tour of the Founder’s building, explain the history of the building and its varied developments.
14.20 – A behind-the-scenes visit of the Founder’s Library to look at original architectural drawings, hear about the design and history of the Library and have a close-up view of some manuscripts and printed books. Session to be hosted by Edward Cheese, Conservator for Manuscripts and Printed Books, who is also the Museum’s’ expert in early book binding and has been conserving and rebinding some of the Founder’s original objects.
14.45 – Group to join Hettie Ward, Assistant Keeper of Paintings, Drawings and Prints, on a tour of some of the paintings galleries, exploring the botanical collection of paintings, drawings and prints. Hettie will escort the group up to the Flowers Gallery, move into Dutch Gallery, before ending with the temporary exhibition she curated, Floral Fantasies. Some of the objects which will be on display were used in the recent collaboration with Oasis’s Spring 2018 collection.
15.30 – The guided visit will come to an end, but guests are welcome to stay on in the Museum.

You are most welcome to attend the dinner, AGM and tour of the Fitzwilliam, and of course you can enjoy both the dinner and tour or attend them separately.
