‘2050: Trends and Disruptions in Real Estate’
What does the future of real estate look like, and how do we prepare for it? The Silver Street Group invites you to a breakfast panel discussion based on the theme of the 2024 magazine, 2050: Trends and Disruption in Real Estate. It is no secret that we face profound challenges of increasing complexity in the built environment over the coming decades. The impacts of the climate crisis, technological change, an uncertain economic and political outlook, energy transitions, and demographic shifts, to name a few, are far reaching. But there is also immense opportunity to understand and augment the richness of our cities and buildings so that we will all thrive better in the places where we live and work. Our panellists will be discussing their hopes and reservations on the future of real estate, and how we might prepare for these transitions.
This event will be chaired by Nicky Wightman, director of emerging trends at Savills.
Panellists:
