The CULS Commercial Property Forum invites you to join them for a tour of the Earl’s Court Development.
Earls Court will be transformed into a landscape-led neighbourhood with a diverse mix of spaces, buildings and uses creating a new West Side Story — a place where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together.
The development will create:
- Up to 4,000 homes including open market sale, BTR, student homes, later living and affordable
- Up to 2.9m sq. ft of workspace focused on clean and climate tech with space for start-ups, scale-ups and multinationals set within a campus-style development
- A network of Exhibition Gardens including a 4.5-acre urban park and a best-in-class play space and community gardens the size of a football pitch, set within 20 acres of public realm
- Over 1,000 new trees will be planted, and there will be up to 100 shops, cafes and restaurants.
- 850m Creative Boulevard (longer than Regent Street)
There will also be up to two childcare facilities, a new Community Hub, and 3 anchor cultural venues alongside seasonal and pop-up event space.
The development will have one of the largest zero carbon energy heat loops, which will target net zero operational carbon from day one.
