Simon has extensive experience in major projects in a range of sectors as well as a longstanding involvement in urban regeneration and transport and infrastructure-related projects. Simon has many years experience of advising major Government departments upon a number of issues, including public law and commercial matters.
Adam Dakin – Joint Managing Director, Telereal Trillium
Adam was appointed joint managing director of Telereal Trillium in 2013, after holding the position of chief operating officer since February 2004. Adam is responsible for all aspects of Telereal Trillium’s operational performance. In January 2009, Adam played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Trillium from Land Securities Group Plc for a total headline consideration of £750 million. Adam was previously a director at PwC Consulting; in total he has nine years experience in management consultancy, advising some of Europe’s largest companies on business strategy and analytics. He has also been an entrepreneur, setting up and running his own training company.
Adam gained a First Class Honours degree in mathematics from Cambridge University, followed by further qualifications in computer science and corporate finance.
