It is not just the University which is expanding but the colleges also. Leading the way is one of the most beautiful colleges, St John’s which has been working on a master plan for its expansion over the coming decades, which sets out how it might respond to important changes in Cambridge, while reinforcing its own ethos and character. This has just been released and we are privileged to have a presentation of it preceding a discussion and some networking drinks.
Mark Wells, domestic bursar, will present an overview of this master plan, prepared with Allies and Morrison, with Paul Appleton partner of the architectural practice, and respond to any queries or questions.
Registration is from 5.30pm and the presentation will start promptly at 6pm. A drinks, and networking reception will follow.
