Peter Pereira-Gray
Peter Pereira-Gray has been a leader in the UK Property Industry for many decades. He is best known for his role as Managing Partner and CEO of The Wellcome Trust’s $ 50 billion multi asset investment programme. His roles at Welcome included being Executive Chairman of FarmCare (one of the largest farming companies in the UK) and he remains a Director of Urban & Civic plc.
But that is only part of his story. He volunteered as Chair of the Investment Property Forum; as a member of the Management Board of INREV at a formative time; he is a Life Fellow of the Institute of Continuing CPD and led the Valuation Review for the RICS which recommended valuer rotation and the use of more explicit cash flow models in valuation.
Noel Manns
Noel Manns FRICS, a Principal & co-founder of pan-European fund manager Europa Capital LLP until 2017, currently serves as Chairman of the Pollen Estate; a Trustee of Clinton Devon Estates and Deputy Chairman of The Henry Smith Charity. He is a former Board member of INREV and the Investment Property Forum. He also volunteers as an adviser to the Diocese of London and other charities. He studied at Pembroke College Cambridge and at the London Business School.
