170 Piccadilly is GPE’s latest addition to its portfolio of Flex assets in central London. This pretty Victorian building has undergone a total and rather beautiful refurbishment in its entirety, introducing completely new finishes and new M&E throughout; as well as converting a light well at the rear into a fantastic communal terrace for all of the customers in the building. It also includes a fine communal customer lounge on the first floor and new end of trip facilities in the basement.
This building contributes towards GPE’s aim of having 1m sq. ft of Flex space in its portfolio, and does so by completing this very high quality refurbishment, mastered by dMFK architects, in a location which caters to the markets of St James’s and Mayfair.
