Global capital is restless.

As interest-rate cycles turn, geopolitics fragment markets, and currencies re-price risk, investors are asking a sharper question than ever before: is the UK still a location of choice for global capital?

This event will bring together senior voices from the real estate investment market to examine how global capital is being allocated today – and where it may flow next. We will explore whether current pricing in the UK reflects temporary dislocation, structural repricing or long-term opportunity.

The discussion will cut through headline narratives and focus on key factors driving investment decisions:

  • How capital allocators in the global real estate market are viewing UK risk
  • Relative value across regions, sectors and capital stacks
  • Currency, interest rates and hedging considerations shaping cross-border investment
  • The implications for developers, asset managers, lenders and occupiers on the ground

With this being an in-person event, spaces are limited so please book now to secure a place. We hope to see you on 15th April.
