Will became Chief Executive at the Duchy of Cornwall in November 2024. In this role he oversees a diversified business including land, property, hospitality and a significant development programme recognised for exceptional community-led placemaking. The estate includes some unique assets including a large part of Dartmoor, the Isles of Scilly and the Oval cricket ground which forms part of its historic London estate in Lambeth.
Today the Duchy’s strategy is directly focussed on solving social and environmental challenges affecting their communities and in so doing deliver their mission of positive impact for people, places and planet.
Prior to the Duchy, Will was Chief Executive at Retirement Villages Group. Before that he was the Executive Director of Grosvenor’s London Estate. He is also a trustee of Blenheim Foundation.
