The AGM takes place at 3.30 pm, at The Scott Polar Research Institute, Lensfield Road, Cambridge CB2 1EP, after which, from 5pm-6pm, there will be a talk on the recent Endurance expedition to the Antarctic. Further details to follow.
The Annual Dinner at Pembroke College starts with drinks in the Thomas Gray room from 6.45pm onwards, followed by dinner at 7.30 pm in the Old Library.
