Professor Franz Fuerst
Professor of Real Estate and Urban Economics, Director of the Graduate Programme at the Department of Land Economy, Fellow Commoner at Trinity Hall and the current CULS Fellow. He is also a visiting fellow at the University of Melbourne, Australia and the Institut Louis Bachelier, Paris. Professor Fuerst serves as Co-Editor and Editorial Board member for several academic journals, for example Empirical Economics and Spatial Economic Analysis and regularly advises science foundations and research consortia. He is also Principal Investigator in a number of research projects, for example in the EU Horizon 2020 programme. His expertise and research interests are in the areas of financial and economic analysis of sustainable real estate investments, health and well-being in the built environment as well as real estate market forecasting and spatial economics.
