The Cambridge University Land Society and the City of London.

Peter Bennett MA, FRICS, City Surveyor, Corporation of London, will set a property strategy for vision for London at a critical time in the world global economic cycle.With National and Global Economic turmoil how will the City weather these storms and what effect will they have on the Real Estate Strategy?  A challenging scenario for the heart of the UK's business capital.

Sir John Stuttard, Lord Mayor of London in 2006/7 will launch the Alastair Ross-Goobey prize for the best M Phil Real Estate student.  This prize will be first awarded in 2009.  Alastair Ross-Goobey was Honorary Vice President of the Cambridge University Land Society until his untimely death earlier this year.

This will be followed by a reception in the newly renovated Old Museum at the Guildhall, City of London.
